# Ludo Leisure Suite

Ludo is an event and leisure venue platform for cashless payments, visitor apps, real-time operations visibility, and deployment-grade hardware workflows. Built by Sendrato Australia Pty Ltd (Carnegie, Melbourne VIC / Austin, TX).

## What Ludo does
- Payments (closed-loop + open-loop), offline acceptance, terminal fleet orchestration, settlement and reconciliation via Stripe and Merchant Warrior.
- Visitor apps: wallets, maps/wayfinding, family controls, pre-order journeys.
- Live operations: dashboards, queue insights, vendor performance telemetry.
- Hardware operations: kiosks, terminals, RFID wristbands/cards, deployment runbooks and support model.

## Who it's for
Large venues and live events: Australian festivals, agricultural shows, amusement and carnival operators, concert venues, state fairs, fairparks, zoos, theme parks, and FECs. Expanding into conferences and indoor venues with 3D wayfinding. Designed for high-footfall environments (tens of thousands of visitors per day).

- Apps: Visitor-facing mobile apps with wallets, maps, wayfinding, family controls, and pre-order journeys.
- Pay: Closed-loop and open-loop payment acceptance, offline-first terminal fleet, settlement rules, automated vendor splits, reconciliation against Stripe/Merchant Warrior.
- Engage: Real-time operational dashboards, queue insights, vendor performance telemetry, end-of-shift reporting.
- Ware: Kiosks, POS terminals, RFID wristbands and cards (500K+ annually), deployment runbooks, device fleet management via Snipe-IT.

## Proof points
- Sydney Royal Easter Show: Australia's largest closed-loop cashless event deployment, 900k attendance, Year 4 deployment (case study below).
- Ekka Brisbane: 89% self-service top-ups through kiosks and in-app flows, <15 second kiosk transactions.
- Taronga Zoo: Visitor app deployment for zoo vertical.
- Scale: 256 TPS peak (tested to 640 TPS), 500,000+ RFID cards annually, ~10,000 wristbands per season.

## Technical characteristics
- Offline-first: terminals continue accepting payments when connectivity drops, with automatic replay on reconnect.
- Payment processors: Stripe, Merchant Warrior.
- Data formats: XLSX, CSV, Numbers, JSON, PDF for client reporting and data interchange.
- Idempotent transaction processing.
- RFID (Mifare, NTAG) and NFC support for wristbands and cards.
- Tokenisation only — no PAN (card number) storage. SAQ-A PCI scope.
